April Showers & Big Blooms

Yesterday morning it was pouring rain. Big Brother was very happy to wear his rubber monkey boots and carry the umbrella to the bus. By the time he got home a few hours later, we had chaulk out and had drawn train tracks on the sidewalks to play. It was so beautiful that I put all my plants outside for some unfiltered sun. Am so antsy to get them in the garden, but was reminded that it's not time yet when the high winds came and my tomatoes started growing sideways. This morning is looking to be just about as gorgeous as yesterday afternoon. So we're packing a lunch and headed downtown for the Botanic Gardens Free Day. Now the only question is: Giant puple (or pink) mum headband or sparkly butterfly?
